Master storyteller Thomas Doty weaves a tale in which he invites us to spend a night beside the grave of well known Talent pioneer John Beeson. The forward states that "It is not a biography of Beeson nor is it a history of the Indian war. Yet it draws heavily and liberally from Beeson's writing, and tells of the search for the spirit of John Beeson as it lives today."
